I have extreme OCD and general and social anxiety disorders. There are a great many things I can't do on my own (leave the house, go into a store.) I thought as I looked up ways on the internet to help me I could share it on this blog.
I recently lost my job to this disorder, and depending on others right now to help me.

exercise

I found many articles referring to exercise as a way to help with anxiety. I also recently dusted off the old exercise bike, and started riding everyday. So far no difference.
I'm going to keep at it, and hopefully it will start to change.
